This self-drive tour includes the best of Finnish spring in May – the delightful Black Grouse lek, the elegant Ruff and the mystical Eagle Owl photography in Oulu region. Visit our great hides and explore the Finnish nature on your own!

Birds of Prey in Oulu region, 2 hide sessions

The highlights of this self-drive photography tour are Golden Eagle, Eagle Owl and Goshawk. In autumn, our Golden Eagle hides offer a special photo target: Sparrowhawks chasing Eurasian Jays – they are fast and fun to photograph while waiting for Eagles! Other possible raptors include White-tailed Eagle. This tour includes 2 hide sessions: one night in our Forest feeder hide for Eagle Owl and Goshawk, and one day in our Golden Eagle hide. Duration of this tour is 3 days.

This self-drive photography tour combines Black Grouse lek and Golden Eagle photography. The activity of both of these highlight species overlaps only for two weeks in spring and about a month in autumn. Depending on the weather the season can be longer. This tour includes two morning sessions in Black Grouse hide and two days in Golden Eagle hide. Duration of this tour is 2 days.

This self-drive photography tour combines Black Grouse lek and Eagle Owl photography. This tour includes one morning session in Black Grouse hide and one night in our Forest feeder hide for Eagle Owl. Duration of this tour is 2 days.
